About Us

Honeycomb Health (HH), is part of Greater Honeycomb Inc, a 501c3 dedicated to giving back.  Honeycomb Health works to raise funds for other organizations who give back. We offer any philanthropic organization the ability to create proprietary online stores hosted and managed by us for free. 90% of the profits go to them. The remainder goes to maintaining our platform and all of our stores.

Who We Are

Elizabeth Izard Apelles

Founder and CEO of Greater Honeycomb, Inc. Previously, Elizabeth was the founder of Greater Than One, an independent media and technology company focused in healthcare. In 2025, 25 years after its’ founding, Greater Than One sold to Real Chemistry/New Mountain Capital.

Christa Toole

Chief Marketing Officer - Christa Toole leads marketing at Honeycomb Health, bringing deep experience in healthcare communications and a commitment to making support more accessible for patients and caregivers. She helps build meaningful connections between our community, our partners, and the stories behind every product.

Emma Roussel

Director of Creative Strategy Emma joined Honeycomb Health two years ago and has loved contributing to the team’s mission and growth. After graduating in May, she also began working as a Search and Social Coordinator at Greater Than One, where she continues to expand her skills in digital strategy. She’s passionate about bringing creativity and thoughtful storytelling to help organizations connect with their communities in meaningful ways.

Devon Laszewski

Director of Community Engagement Devon joined Honeycomb in August of 2025. During her time in college Devon worked as a freelance graphic designer, painter, Social Media Marketing assistant for Ambassador Crawford college, and sales intern for CDW-G. Devon decided to go into non-profit work after college joining the Non-for-profit low/middle income housing coop Penn South, and the non-profit Honeycomb Health. She is Passionate about using her skills to positively impact communities who need it.

Robert Levy

Senior Advisor, Public Relations & Media Provides strategic counsel on media relations and communications, helping to elevate Honeycomb Health’s visibility and promote the impact of its nonprofit partners.

HoneycombHealth.store was created by the men and women of Greater Than One, and is now run by Elizabeth Izard Apelles and Christa Toole, ex-founders of Greater Than One. We work tirelessly to help those in need.
